Our 1st House Warming Gift!

Haha! We have not even started our renovation and we have received our 1st house warming gift! By my beloved sister, Janet! Not that she cant wait to buy, but we saw this super good deal at Parkway Best Denki while shopping there today! She has earlier promised to be in charge of getting my new home rice cooker for me! And while walking past Best Denki today, this Philips Intelligent cooker caught our attention because it was stated " $99 for only limited 50 sets"! We have been eyeing this cooker for a period of time, and its retail price never change at $162. Even cheapest we ever seen at the philips roadshow was $142. Wa she was so excited and tried to hug one box to chop it! Haha! Kiasu sia! Decision was swift, she was so happy she only need to pay $99 for my gift! Here's how it looks like:

Besides the rice cooker, we have also bought ourselves a Mizudashi Cha Pot! Isetan having sale, so we bought this japanese brand green tea glass pot. It has a filter on the cover such that the tea leaves will not pour into the cups. We love drinking real green tea (without sugar) from green tea leaves! Usual price $59.90, now only at $29.90. Grab ah!
